NEW YORK, Aug. 17— GENTS, here is a big inning what was one. . . In a Kitty league game between Jackson, Tenn., and Fulton, Ky., the other day, every man on the Jackson team scored in the first inning. . Jackson tallied 11 times in all in that frame, nine of 'em before an out was made. Old Kid Elberfeld, former stormy petrel of the Southern association, now piloting Fulton, must have been fit to be tied after that wild frame.
